Installation requirements & switching versions

Windows 11 x64 and Microsoft 365 desktop PowerPoint (32-bit or 64-bit). Windows x86 and native ARM64 are not supported.
Install .NET Framework 4.8+, Microsoft VSTO Runtime and WebView2 Evergreen 154.0.4258.31+ first. The MSI does not download prerequisites. Save your work and close PowerPoint before installing.
Do not install alongside ClickOnce or an IT-managed copy. Follow the migration guide or ask your IT administrator; the download does not migrate your existing installation automatically.

Download the XKey installer.

Run the installer and follow setup.

Open PowerPoint and start using XKey.
